This new project follows the same path we started with the 808 Box and also Electric Eclectics, but there are some notable differences, Ezzential Electro is the biggest project we have ever faced so far, in the next months we will release 36 vinyl records, each record produced by one artist that we consider essential to understand the current underground electro music movement.

This project was available for pre-order in our website before but we disclose it here in Bandcamp because we will receive the first six records by SOUND SYNTHESIS, TRANSPAC, MOKOTRON, -=UHU=-, N-TER and NOAMM, you can listen in our website or Soundcloud:

Only 137 units, yes, and we say only because after debating about how many records we could make exactly as we have in our minds we decided that it was impossible for us to create as many units as we made for Electric Eclectics or the last 808 Boxes. This time the manufacture process all the records included in the limited edition box take a lot of time due to a much more complex silk-screen printing process so we calculated how many could make in the next months and was impossible for us to make more than 135 units + 2 units we will keep for our collection.

For a very special project like this we created a very special box made in wood, also silkscreen printed and hand-numbered, exactly as each of the 36 vinyl records included with the project. This box includes also a book with interviews to each artist involved in the project. The box includes also a certificate of the limited edition. All the records will be mastered for lacquer cut by Alek Stark to ensure the best possible quality sound.

Design, artwork, papers and packaging is something that is ver important for us, it is so important as the music itself, this time we used a 100% recycled cardboard silkscreen printed in several colors and layers, the main object as you can see in the pictures is a true puzzle that will show what is the number of the record you have in your hands, each puzzle is also silkscreen printed. All the process is made by hand with water inks and each record will be numbered also by hand one by one. This is a completely handmade work, from the printing but also even the folding and glueing of each sleeve. This version of the records made with this level of artisan complexity will be available only thru our online store. Please check the video we made where you can see the whole process:

Ezzential Electro is a paradox, something almost impossible, something unique in the underground electronic music, it was not easy with the six 808 Boxes and was not easy with Electric Eclectics, the release of these incredible 36 vinyl records will be an epic battle but this project was born from the strength and energy of some artists who every day face all kinds of troubles but struggle to continue doing what they do best, electro music, and our duty with this project is take a photograph and leave constancy of this fight for future generations.
